About us
Industrial expertise.
Entrepreneurial execution.
REAV was born from a simple observation: the refurbishment industry lacks the operational infrastructure to scale. We exist to change that.
The story
From The Repair Group to REAV.
The Repair Group started in 2019 with a conviction: electronic devices deserve a second life, and repair is the most impactful way to deliver it. Over more than six years of running repair workshops, training technicians, recovering parts, and building custom tools, the group developed a deep operational know-how that no single company in the market could match.
REAV (Refurbishment & Engineering for Added Value) was created to package this know-how into a scalable offer. Instead of running workshops alone, REAV enables partners worldwide to build their own refurbishment capabilities — backed by proven methods, proprietary tools, and a continuous R&D pipeline.
Today, REAV is the technical and operational backbone behind refurbishment operations. Whether through licenses, joint ventures, or consulting, the goal is the same: make repair profitable, traceable, and scalable for every partner.

What drives us.
Optimize for sustainability
Industries can be both profitable and environmentally responsible. We prove it every day.
Work done right
No shortcuts. Industrial quality means structured processes, rigorous standards, and continuous measurement.
Minimize environmental impact
Every device repaired is a device not manufactured. We track, measure, and maximize this impact.
Put people in the process
Technology enables, but people deliver. We invest in training, skills, and team development at every level.
