Why this partnership

What limits erasure volume in most facilities is rarely the software. It is industrial: how stations are laid out, how many devices run in parallel, how reports reach the ERP, how intake and grading follow.

That is the part REAV solves. We are an industrial integrator, not a classic consultancy: we advise, train, work on site and co-pilot the run. Blancco is the default erasure and diagnostics layer in every facility we design and deploy. Together, we take customers from “we own Blancco licences” to “certified erasure runs as a standard step of production”.

What we do together

Design the erasure stations

One station per device family: PCs, Macs, smartphones. Sized to your real daily volume, with the right hardware, power and cabling so devices run in parallel instead of one by one.

Connect reports to the ERP

One certificate per serial number. Blancco reports flow into the REAV ERP and attach to each device. Grading, SKU and traceability follow from the erasure result, without manual re-keying.

Adapt processes and organisation

We rework the processes, roles and floor organisation around erasure so your teams get the most out of Blancco. Erasure becomes a native step of production, not an extra task bolted on at the end of the line.

Train, then co-pilot your run

Technicians are trained on the new erasure workflow and its SOPs. After go-live, REAV stays on board under licence: we co-pilot your run, track performance and keep improving the process.

Proven in our pilot workshop

Licences and product support stay with Blancco. REAV designs, integrates and runs the process around them, and supports the ERP and the workflows.

The Blancco integration is native in the REAV ERP, built on Odoo. If you run another system, we look at the integration options during the audit.
