2. Data we collect
We collect personal data only when you provide it to us or when it is technically necessary to deliver the Website:
Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any information you include in your message, as well as the optional company, role and "how did you hear about us" fields.
Call booking. When you book a call through our scheduling link, Google Calendar collects the information you enter (name, email, chosen time slot) under Google's own privacy terms.
Email and phone. If you contact us directly by email or phone, we process the contact details and content you share with us.
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical connection data (IP address, timestamps, requested pages) in server logs for security and operations purposes.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to: respond to your enquiries and manage pre-contractual discussions (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest); manage the business relationship with clients (performance of a contract); and maintain the security of the Website (legitimate interest).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell personal data.
4. Recipients and processors
Personal data is accessible only to authorised REAV personnel. We rely on the following processors and service providers:
Formspree, Inc. (USA) - processes contact form submissions on our behalf.
Google LLC (USA) - Google Calendar appointment scheduling, used when you book a call.
LWS - Ligne Web Services (France) - website hosting and server logs.
5. International transfers
Formspree and Google are established in the United States. Transfers of personal data to these providers are governed by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
6. Data retention
Contact and enquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and, at most, 3 years after our last contact for prospective clients. Data relating to an ongoing contractual relationship is kept for the duration of the contract and any applicable statutory limitation periods. Server logs are kept by our host for a maximum of 12 months.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to issue directives on the fate of your data after your death.
You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to leo@reav-industry.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL - www.cnil.fr).

The Website only uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for its operation. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
If audience measurement is enabled, it relies on a cookieless, consent-exempt configuration (aggregated statistics, anonymised IP, no cross-site tracking) in accordance with CNIL guidelines. No personal identity can be derived from these statistics.
