REAV

Pricing

There is no price list. Here is why, and what sets the number.

REAV builds industrial operations, not software seats. A workshop handling a few hundred devices a month shares almost nothing with a multi-site operation running tens of thousands, so a single published figure would be wrong for nearly everyone reading it. What we can do is be completely transparent about the variables.

The short answer

A license fee, calibrated to your scope.

The License is provided for a license fee, calibrated to each partner's specific needs. There is no standard grid: the applicable terms are defined together during the scoping phase and set out in your licensing agreement.

Scoping is not a sales exercise. It is the Audit phase of the REAV method: an on-site or remote diagnostic, a gap analysis, an action plan and the dimensioning of the deployment: quoted on its own. You end it with a business case and a number, and decide from there.

Cost drivers

Five variables set the fee.

01

Volume

Devices per month, and how stable that flow is. Capacity is dimensioned during scoping. There is no fixed minimum, and workshops run from a few hundred to tens of thousands of devices per month.

02

Scope

How much you delegate. A workshop that needs design, build-out, ERP, training and ongoing engineering is a different engagement from one that already runs and needs standards and tooling.

03

Device categories

Each category brings its own benches, tools, spare-parts chain, diagnostics and technician skills. Adding a category is not a marginal change.

04

Geography

Local regulations, supply chains and workforce conditions differ by market, and the deployment adapts to them.

05

Engagement model

License, Consulting and Joint Venture do not have the same cost structure: a license fee, project fees and shared capex are three different financial shapes.

Engagement models

Three cost structures, one standard of delivery.

Each model suits a different strategic context. All deliver the same industrial-grade quality.

License

REAV acts as your semi-external production and R&D engineering team. You get the standards, the ERP, the knowledge platform, training, purchasing, audits and the hotline, and you keep full ownership of the operation.

  • InvestmentLicense fee
  • DurationMulti-year
  • OwnershipYou own the workshop
  • Best forProven methods, operational autonomy, long-term growth

Consulting

Advisory and coaching scoped to a defined mission: a process redesign, a certification readiness programme, a specific bottleneck. No long-term commitment.

  • InvestmentProject-based fees
  • Duration3 to 12 months
  • OwnershipYou own the workshop
  • Best forSpecific missions, certifications

Joint Venture

REAV co-invests and co-governs. Capital requirement and risk are shared, and so is the upside.

  • InvestmentShared capex
  • DurationMulti-year
  • OwnershipShared entity
  • Best forMarket entry, scaling

FAQ

Questions about cost.

There is no standard price grid. The License is provided for a license fee calibrated to each partner’s specific needs, and the applicable terms are defined together during the scoping phase and set out in the licensing agreement. The fee reflects the volume you process, the scope you delegate to REAV, the device categories involved and where the workshop operates.
Because there is no standard deployment. A workshop processing a few hundred devices a month with one device category and an existing building has very little in common with a multi-site operation handling tens of thousands. Publishing a single figure would be wrong for almost everyone who reads it.
There is no fixed minimum. We design workshops for volumes ranging from a few hundred to tens of thousands of devices per month, and the scoping phase identifies the right capacity model for your situation.
Scoping is the Audit phase of the REAV method: an on-site or remote diagnostic, gap analysis, action plan and dimensioning of the deployment. It runs over a few weeks and is quoted on its own, so you can decide whether to proceed with a full business case in hand rather than a commitment made in advance.
The License gives you the full REAV operating system: industrial standards, the custom ERP built on Odoo with native Blancco integration, the REAV chatbot and knowledge platform, training programs, centralized purchasing for tools and spare parts, R&D transfer plus access to REAV as an external R&D lab, a technical and operational hotline, recurring audits and continuous performance monitoring. You own and operate the workshop.
Yes. Consulting covers specific missions and certification support on project-based fees over three to twelve months. A Joint Venture shares capex and governance in a shared entity for market entry or scaling. The three models are described in detail on the services page.

Tell us your volume, your device categories and where you operate. The scoping phase turns that into a dimensioned plan and a fee.
